Visited Sat 11/9 around noon because had received flyer in the mail re: sale and prizes. Looking to trade for better gas mileage so thought we would stop in & if won a prize, all the better. Did not realize we would have to do extensive paperwork and have a credit report run just to get help & a price on a car. But we were patient and jumped through the hoops, told the salesman up front could only afford around $200 a month and would like $1200 on our trade-in and could possibly put an additional $2000 down. The "deal" he came out with after an hour and a half of the show was $1000 for the trade-in, $5000 down and payments of $350 a month. We thanked him and got up to leave but he protested and insisted it could be worked out. Another gentleman came out and said he could work it so the payment were $199 a month. It really makes me angry that you took an hour and a half of my time, went to the trouble to ask me what we clould afford, and then give me a bogus deal. If it could be worked out to $200 a month it should have been worked out the first time. And on top of that we were never offered the opportunity to see of we had won a prize. We will not be doing business with you. I appreciate the salesman's efforts to entertain us and make the sell; I know that's his job. But the twisting of the numbers and what I feel was deception upsets me. Very disappointed.
My original visit to this dealer was not so good, so I didn't want to go back. I just couldn't get the car I wanted out of my head so I decided yo try again. My second visit was amazing my "new" sales associate was everything you would want his manager " Jewls" was friendly and knowledgeable, he made me feel secure about my decision and all he wanted to do was to make me happy. The finance guy "Jim" was just as equally amazing. He was patient and answered all my questions. I am very happy that I gave this dealership another try. My husband is now in the car he wanted all because of these amazing people. Thank you so much.

I purchased a used vehicle and had trouble with it immediately. I contacted Hunter Nissan about this preparing for a fight. The issue was turned over to Dennis Bryson the service manager and I also worked with Randy the operations manager. Although it took some time to work out the issues with the vehicle there main concern was with us being satisfied with our purchase.... Even though it cost them significant repairs to the vehicle. If you are considering a new or used vehicle Hunter Nissan is the place to buy.

I bought a used 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ in late April 2013. I live in Georgia and found the car online. Dale held the car until I could come for a test drive. Dale and the staff were reasonable in working with me on a few extras and allowance. I have added a few personal touches and get nothing but good comments about the car.

I was in on Friday afternoon. I told the salesman that I did not have much time and just wanted to look at the car. Before even allowing me to look, I had to fill out paperwork and give him my information. Then, before he would give me the price of the car I had to test drive it.
When we got back to the salesroom and started negotiating he came with a price of 27,000 for a 2010 used Hundai Santa Fe., but they were going to be gracious and knock 4,000 right off the top. I don't know if they thought I was stupid or what but when I told them I had done a KBB on it and it was only worth between 15,000 and 18,000 he said he would drop to 18,000. Also, when I saw the carfax the orginal price of the car was only 23,000. I told them I needed my payment to be $239,00 as advertised and for 5 yrs. They kept trying to tell me to not think of the term, that it was a simple interest loan and I would only pay for what I used, well that is all fine and dandy but that added almost $3000 to the price of the financing.
They said there was no way they could do that but as I got up to leave, the salesman said that yes, they would do the $239 for 5 yrs and I said are you sure you can do the 239 for 5 years. He said yes and we just had to wait on the finance office to do the paper work, it should be about 15 min. 45 min later the finance guy came out and said there was no way they could do that loan. I told him what the other gentleman had told me and he went and talked to him and then the other gentleman came out and said there was no way he had said that, basically calling me a liar. My mother was sitting right there when he said it and confirmed what I had heard. Then, the finance guy said what if we did 239 for 72 months, would I purchase the car then? I told him if he could get it done in 10 min. he had a deal. He ran off to do the paper work. Then another gentleman came out and said there was no way they could do that deal. He said they could do 259, that is only 20 more than what you want to pay. I told him that I was in school full time and on a budget so he said what if we got it to 249. I told him that I was firm in my budget so he said, sorry we can't help you.
I was there for over 2 hours with the last hour thinking I was going home with a new car. I was very upset when I left because of how I had been treated and also my mother because they basically called us liars. That is not a very professional way to run a business. If they had told me in the first place that the deal could not be done that would have been fine. But don't make me sit there for over an hour thinking I was going home with a new car and then say "oh, sorry we can't do that". Also, if a person wants the price of the car, they shouldn't have to test drive it before they get the price and they definitely shouldn't have t fill out paper work before even looking at the car. I have been to many car lots and have been shopping for a car now and in the past and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated.

Had oil changed in Nissan Frontier and had usual great service.
Dale and Joe were the right salesmen for me, they gave me the time I needed to decide on the Altima. I looked at other brands but chose the Nissan. They were very patient in showing me all the new features, (some of which I am still resisting.) They were most helpful in getting items transferred from my trade-in and also getting my homelink programmed. Business office gave me the time to bring in additional documents to transfer title. Parts and Service are efficient and friendly, had my car side moldings installed quickly, fob programmed, and did 1000 mile check, and had a loaner for me while they did the work.
